Go Clean Skies Pty Ltd trades under the name My Clean Sky. The firm offers a carbon offset service for air travelers and other carbon offset services. Air travelers are able to access the site and use the air travel carbon calculator to determine the CO2 and other emissions from their air trip. If they wish to offset these emissions, they are able to pay through the merchant facility. Once payment is received, My Clean Sky will buy and retire carbon credits from Prime Carbon against these greenhouse emissions. A .pdf carbon offset certificate will be made available to the client. The My Clean Sky website is also a detail educational resource about aviation emissions and greenhouse reduction projects.

Delivery Policy
My Clean Sky agrees to by and retire a pool of Prime Carbon credits including sufficinet number of credits to match your air travel emissions. For most of the transactions, the allocation of carbon credits against your emissions will be undertaken at the end of the calender month following your transaction. For others transactions, the allocation may take longer.

Consumer Data / Privacy Policy
All data and personal information relating to transactions will be kept secret and under no circumstances be made available to parties outside of the operations, management and auditing of My Clean Sky without express permission of parties involved.

Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details
All credit card transactions will be undertaken with best practice security. This will be supported by the security measures associated with the API facility provided by the ANZ Bank to support the My Clean Sky site security measures.

Returned merchandise and refund policy
There will be no cash refunds from carbon offset. However, it maybe possible to provide credit to clients who have purchased carbon offset for a flight that they subsequently did not take.
